Return PolicyAt RentMaternityWear.com we want looking beautiful at this special time to be easy! We have designed the following services so you can easily find the right maternity dress for your special occasion, enjoy it, and send it back … all hassle free.

Our offices are in California and our business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. If you leave a message, we will do our best to return your call or email within the same business day. 

48-Hour-Try-On-Returns
With every order, you will receive a 48 Hour Try-On period during which you may try on the dresses you have rented. If a dress does not work for any reason, simply put it in an enclosed pre-labeled polybag that comes with your order and drop the polybag into any U.S. mailbox so as to have the dress on its way back to us within the 48-Hour-Try-On-Period. Upon our receipt of the dress, we will refund the rental fee for that dress, provided reasonable conditions are met. For the complete list of conditions, click here. Please note, we do not refund the outbound shipping fee that brought the dress to you. The 48-Hour-Try-On-Period begins when FedEx’s scan shows your order as delivered to your “Ship To” address.

The first dress you Try-On-Return within the 48-Hour-Try-On-Period ships back to us for free. Beginning with the 2nd dress that is Try-On-Returned, a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund of the rental fee. 

And remember! Return shipping on rentals kept for their rental period is always FREE! 

Rental Returns
After the rental period ends, simply put the dress into an enclosed pre-labeled polybag that came with your order, and drop it into any U.S. mailbox. You do not need a receipt because the postal service’s scan will show us the dress is on its way back. We ask that you drop the dress off as soon as possible, preferably within 1 day after the rental period ends. Unfortunately, if you return the dress earlier than when the rental period ends, we are unable to pro-rate the rental fee. 

If the scan shows the dress being dropped off later than 2 days after the rental period ended, we will charge your credit card a $25 per day late fee until the postal service scan appears or the dress is received at our warehouse.
